Start with a Cause & Effect template located under the Tree Diagrams category in the New Document view.
Click the rectangles to add your own causes and click text boxes to add your own details. Simply typing will replace the placeholder text in the template.
To add causes or details, select Add Cause or Add Detail from the SmartPanel. Alternately, to delete a cause or detail, select Delete Cause or Delete Detail.
