# Venn Diagram
Select **Venn Diagram** from the **Brainstorming & Ideation** category under **New Document** on the dashboard.
Follow the on-screen instructions to **Double Click to Add Text**.
The basic template has three circles. You can choose a different template or add or delete circles from this template as needed.
To delete a circle, select it and hit **Delete**.
To add a circle, you can drag it from the library docked in the SmartPanel.
The circle will come in at a set size that may not match the size of the existing circles in your Venn Diagram.
If you want the new circle to be the same size as the existing ones, click on the new circle and while holding down **Ctrl** select one of the existing circles. Next, bring up the **Make Same** drop-down menu and choose **Both** in the **Home** tab.
As the final step, you'll want to move the new circle to the back by clicking on **Send to Back**.
To change the color of a Venn diagram circle, select it and choose a different color in the **Fill** menu on the **Home** tab.
You can also adjust the opacity of any circle in the **Fill** menu. Simply drag the slider to the desired amount of transparency.
