# Reset Your Password
Please visit our [Reset Password](https://www.smartdraw.com/myaccount/forgotpassword.aspx) page in order to reset your password.
Enter your email address and click the button to get an email with password reset instructions.
Please allow 15 minutes to receive the email in your mailbox. If you do not receive an email message, please check your junk email folder.
Once you got the email, simply click on the link in that email and create your new password. Do not use the reset code as your new password. Please also check your junk/spam folder if you do not receive an email to your regular inbox.
