# Add Users to a License
To add users to your multi-seat license, log in to [My Account](https://www.smartdraw.com/myaccount/login.aspx).
Once logged in, click on **User Administration** in the left panel.
From the drop-down under **Actions**, select **Add Users**.
In the dialog, enter the email address of the users you want to add to your license:
Check the box to send email to uses inviting them to your license, they will receive instructions to log into their account.
### Assigning New Users to Groups
You can assign users to specific groups during this process. To assign users to groups, you'll first need **Group Permissions** turned on.
Click the **Group Permissions** option in the left panel.
Click **Enable User Groups.**

### How to Activate Users Without an Email Invitation
On the **User Administration** page click **Add Users**. In the dialog, enter the email address of the users you want to add to your license like before.
Next, grab your license key and reach out the user you want to add.
You can find the license key at the very top of the left panel part of your account.
If you have multiple licenses, you can open your **Licenses and Subscription** page by selecting **See All.** We have the actual key blurred out in this screenshot, but yours would be a sequence of numbers and letters.
Have your new user login to their SmartDraw trial at [https://app.smartdraw.com](https://app.smartdraw.com) and activate the trial by entering the license key associated with your license. To enter the key, they can go to **Menu** in the upper right corner of the template dialog and choose **Enter License Key**.
They can simply copy-paste the license key you provided in the dialog that pops up:
